Description
The CAVE Clay Plant Cultivation & Shrimp Tube Shelter is a beautifully crafted piece by Arafa Nasser (CAVE brand), combining the function of a shrimp hiding cave with a practical platform for growing aquatic plants. This natural clay tube with an integrated base offers a creative, functional centerpiece for any planted shrimp aquarium.
- Dimensions: 10.5 x 5.5 x 5.5 cm — roomy enough for most shrimp species to enter and feel secure.
- Dual purpose design: Functions as both a shrimp breeding and hiding refuge and a plant cultivation base for mosses, anubias, java fern, and other aquatic plants.
- Natural clay color: The warm, earthy natural clay tone blends seamlessly into natural-style aquascapes and biotope setups.
- pottery: Each piece is individually shaped and fired by artisan Arafa Nasser using traditional pottery techniques.
- 100% non-toxic: Made from natural unglazed clay — safe for all freshwater shrimp, fish, and invertebrates.
- Porous surface: The porous clay surface encourages beneficial bacterial colonization and provides natural grip for plant roots and mosses.
CAVE by Arafa Nasser pieces are with love and celebrated by aquarium hobbyists who value artisan quality, natural materials, and functional beauty in their freshwater aquariums. A perfect addition to planted shrimp tanks inand.
