Common questions
How much does maintenance cost?
The inspection is 300 EGP and is credited to your first maintenance if you book within 14 days. Freshwater starts at 1,500 EGP per visit and marine at 1,800 EGP; booking more visits lowers the price per visit. The final price depends on tank size and type.
Do I need an inspection first?
No. If you know your tank's size and type we can start maintenance right away. An inspection helps if you are unsure, the tank is large, or it has a problem.
Where do you work?
Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, and other governorates by arrangement.
Is there emergency service?
We try to come the same or next day if a filter stops, power cuts or fish start dying. Leave your number or message us on WhatsApp and we reply fast.
Do you work with companies and restaurants?
Yes, we have maintenance contracts for offices, clinics, hotels, restaurants and clubs. Visits depend on the number and size of the tanks.
Does the price include supplies?
The plan covers the visit itself. If your tank needs supplies or medication we tell you and agree before buying anything.
