For ponds, koi tanks, and tanks over 500 L — Pond & Koi Care

A dedicated plan for outdoor ponds and large koi tanks: water testing incl. KH, a 10–20% water change, sludge and string-algae removal, skimmer and filter cleaning that keeps the beneficial bacteria, pump and UV checks, and koi health monitoring. Ponds over 1,000 L are serviced by two technicians.

Choosing “Planted + trimming” adds plant trimming at every visit and a fertilising schedule for your tank. Fertilisers and new plants are not included. Separate services on request (labour only):

FAQ

How do I work out my tank’s volume?

Multiply length × width × height in centimetres and divide by 1,000. Example: an 80×35×40 cm tank = 112 L, so ProFishional Care.

Is the price monthly?

No. The price is for the number of visits you choose. If you pick “Monthly recurring”, you pay the same amount every month under a written contract.

Why are 2 visits better value?

Setup and travel costs are shared across two visits, so each visit costs less. Example: Nano, 2 visits for 2,500 EGP — 1,250 per visit instead of 1,500.

When do visits start?

We contact you within 24 hours of your order to book your first visit at the earliest time that suits you.

What if I’m not home at visit time?

Let us know 48 hours ahead to reschedule. A visit we can’t access without notice counts as done.
