Welcome to MyTankScape. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

MyTankScape operates as a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent vendors — farms, merchants, suppliers, and hobbyists.

All live fish and aquatic livestock are sold directly by vendors.

• MyTankScape does not guarantee survival after shipping
• The platform is not responsible for losses caused by shipping, handling, or post-delivery conditions
• The customer assumes full responsibility for proper acclimation and care

• Orders are placed via the platform but fulfilled by vendors
• Payments are held temporarily in escrow
• Payment is released only after successful delivery and confirmation

• Delivery is handled by third-party shipping providers or vendors
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
• Customer must be available at the time of delivery

Refunds are strictly limited to the following cases:

• Dead on Arrival (DOA) with valid proof
• Incorrect item received
• Missing quantity

DOA Claims require:

• Full unboxing video — sealed package + visible label + opening + condition
• Submission within 2 hours of delivery

No refunds for:

• Improper acclimation by the customer
• Customer delay in receiving the shipment
• Missing proof or incomplete documentation

Any attempt to:

• Submit false or fabricated claims
• Manipulate or alter evidence
• Abuse the refund system

The customer must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be available at the time of delivery
• Follow proper handling and acclimation procedures

All disputes are reviewed based on submitted evidence. Platform decisions are final and binding.

MyTankScape is not liable for:

• Vendor actions or omissions
• Product quality or condition
• Shipping issues or delays
• Losses occurring after delivery confirmation

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms.
