How it works

   Pay cash at the visit or online, and add your tank details in the order notes.
2. We call you within 24 hours
   to schedule a visit that suits you.
3. The technician visits
   up to 1 hour at your tank’s location.
4. Get your report and quote
   on WhatsApp within 24 hours of the visit.

What happens during the visit?

• Tank measurementIts real volume in litres, to pick the right size band.
• Water testingAmmonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, and salinity for marine tanks.
• Equipment checkFilter, heater, lighting, air pump, and skimmer if present.
• Livestock checkFish, plants or corals, and any signs of disease.
• Condition recordPhotos of the tank and equipment, attached to your contract later.
• Your zoneand any travel fee for regular visits.
• RecommendationThe right plan and only the add-ons your tank actually needs.

Price and travel fees

The inspection costs 300 EGP within zone (A). For farther areas, a travel fee is paid to the technician at the visit:

Not included in the inspection

• Cleaning, water changes, and equipment repairs. These can be done in the same visit at a cost agreed before starting.
• Any products or medications the tank needs.
