One-time or monthly?

One-timeBook the visits and pay once, with no commitment.

Monthly recurringThe same visits at the same price every month, with a written contract and fixed dates, paid in cash at the first visit or online in advance. A 6-month or 1-year commitment locks the price for the term.

Saltwater and RO water

Preparing water-change water is your responsibility, and its cost is separate.

Prepare the amount the technician specifies: RO water mixed with marine salt at a salinity of 1.024–1.026, at least 24 hours before the visit.
You can buy RO water, salt, or ready-mixed saltwater from us at a separate cost.
If the water isn’t ready, the water change is postponed, the other services go ahead, and the visit counts in full.
Mixing water on site is charged as extra working hours.
Fill the auto top-off (ATO) reservoir with RO water only.

Extra services on request

Extra working hour: 300 EGP, only with your approval.
Emergency visit: 1,500 EGP (+ travel).
Live rock rearrangement and rescaping: 2,000 / 3,000 / 4,000 EGP by tank size.
Full lab water analysis (ICP): lab cost + 200 EGP for sampling and reading the results.

Salt, RO water, supplements (calcium, alkalinity, magnesium), food, and medication.
Fish, corals, and equipment (available to you at 10% off store prices).
Tanks over 500 L or more than one tank: a custom quote after an inspection.
Freshwater tanks have their own service: Freshwater & planted maintenance.

FAQ

Which plan fits my tank?

Fish and live rock only: Marine Basic. Soft corals (such as zoanthids and mushrooms): Marine Pro. LPS or SPS corals: Reef Prime.

Is the price monthly?

No. The price is for the number of visits you choose. If you pick “Monthly recurring”, you pay the same amount every month under a written contract.

Do you guarantee my corals won’t die?

We take full care, but corals are sensitive. We’re not liable for losses caused by power cuts, salinity or temperature swings between visits, supplements you add, or new livestock that skipped quarantine.

When do visits start?

We contact you within 24 hours of your order to book your first visit.
