Yellow Cherry Shrimp – Care Guide
Yellow Cherry Shrimp are a vibrant colour morph of Neocaridina davidi, selected for their bright lemon-yellow colouration. Among the most beginner-friendly invertebrates in freshwater aquariums — hardy, peaceful, easy to breed, and constantly active grazing on algae and biofilm.

Neocaridina shrimp tolerate wider water parameters than Caridina — ideal for beginners. Completely copper-safe water is critical. Provide Java moss, Anubias, and plants for hiding and grazing. Females carry eggs for 3–4 weeks. Colony of 20+ ideal for thriving breeding colony. ⚠ Never add copper-containing medications.
